| "Brasserie Paul Bocuse La Cave" made its debut in Hiroo, on 5/24, as the 5th brasserie of M. Paul Bocuse to open in Japan. Reflecting the image of a "cave", the appeal of this brasserie is "wine", an integral part of French cuisine. It carries nearly 200 kinds of wine carefully selected by Hiroyuki Hiramatsu, including famous brands and also very rare ones. In order for our guests to enjoy wine more causally, we offer good quality wine from 4,000yen a bottle, an unbelievable price to drink at a restaurant, considering its quality and value.
