Restaurants > Brasserie Paul Bocuse Le Musée
|
 |
| The first overseas branch of the "Brasserie Paul Bocuse" opened this January at the National Art Center in the Roppongi district of Tokyo. (Until now there had been no branches outside Lyon, let alone outside France.) The "Brasserie Paul Bocuse Le Musée" seeks to fulfill what Paul Bocuse regards as his mission: to give more people in Japan the chance of enjoying the delights of French cuisine by making it available at affordable prices. The Brasserie offers authentic French food, in the great tradition of French cuisine, using ingredients of the highest quality. |
