(Until now there had been no branches outside Lyon, let alone outside France.) The "Brasserie Paul Bocuse Le Musée" seeks to fulfill what Paul Bocuse regards as his mission: to give more people in Japan the chance of enjoying the delights of French cuisine by making it available at affordable prices.
